wix.com web design 101. [5/17]

Let me knock this shameless plug out right now for the incredible wix.com, this super user-friendly site that turned even a non-tech savvy young woman into a faux-web designer literally overnight. And yes, that aforementioned individual was none other than yours truly [insert hair-flip emoji]. Wix is hosting an EPIC meet up at their co-working space in Chelsea, NYC next Tuesday evening. Details are in the photo, and the link is below to RSVP. In all honesty, I never in my life thought I would be able to create AND upkeep my own website. It was that serious, y'all. I actually chalked web design and development to my list of services in life you must pay other individuals for, like trimming hair or whipping shea butter [and no, I will not attend YouTube university for either of these tutorials, so don't even try it]. However, Wix made designing my own website such a simple and pleasant process. Apparently, they host a plethora of events and workshops here. This will be my first, and I don't anticipate it being my last!
