I have heard countless times that I alone can't make a difference, whether it be my diet or even my avid recycling efforts. It is very important that if you believe in something, you stick to it regardless of the nay-sayers. The reality is that someone is always watching you, and you are changing their life for the better without even knowing it. Never give up the fight, and stay true to yourself. The only person you OWE in this world is yourself. You owe it to yourself to power through the distractions, i.e. the negative opinions of others. If they want to follow everyone else and not care about their individual impact, that is on them. That is not your business. Focus on your personal goals, and you will find yourself happy and much better off. Okay! Off to eating my quinoa fried rice today. I have a new recipe coming your way soon, so be on the look out.
